ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

The Swim Squad is a talented and energetic group of professionals, dedicated to executing the best at home, learn-to-swim program and Backyard party lifeguarding services.

We have redefined the swimming lesson experience for thousands of swimmers by providing a unique, creative, animated, challenging, and remarkably unique style of teaching. We take pride in our stellar reputation for solid technique, well trained instructors, a creative curriculum and delivering predictable quality instruction.

There are so many things for our children to be involved in today but learning to swim is a necessity and most importantly a life-saving skill. The choices for swim lessons are abundant but that’s why we do one thing extremely well for you: we teach children and adults to swim better than any other home based program.

The Swim Squad was founded by Scott & Holly Morton. Holly has been delivering swim lessons (as well as gymnastics instruction) all across New Jersey since 1994. Her goal is to provide a private backyard swim program to as many non-swimmers as possible. This is why beginning in June 2021, swim instructors will carry on this vision that Holly has created over the past 25+ years.

Holly's goal is to provide convenient, effective, premier programs that focus on the individuality of each student. Whether you are just beginning to swim, working through aquaphobia or training for your next competition, our instructors are here to enhance your journey. Our school is 100% mobile; all lesson packages, certified instructors and lifeguards and necessary equipment are delivered directly to you.

The Swim Squad instructors and lifeguards are experts in their field and are committed to helping each student succeed. Every instructor and lifeguard is insured by our 3 million dollar liability policy and is actively certified.
